How refund requests for Fast Games Limited digital software are reviewed.

Send refund requests through the Fast Games Support Center with the purchase email, product name, approximate purchase date and a short description of the problem. Never include a payment-card number, password or full license key in a support message.
Requests we can review
We review duplicate charges, accidental duplicate purchases, cases where the software cannot be licensed or used after reasonable troubleshooting, and situations where applicable law requires a refund.
Digital delivery
After digital software has been downloaded or a license has been activated, change-of-mind refunds may be restricted in some jurisdictions. Any mandatory legal rights that apply where you live remain unaffected.
Access after a refund
After a full refund or valid chargeback, access to the affected product and its license key may be disabled. Fast Games records are updated from verified payment-provider events.
Timing and payment provider
After a refund is approved, the time for funds to appear can vary by payment provider and bank. Fast Games Limited cannot accelerate processing performed by the provider or your bank.
