By installing, accessing, or using our games or website, you indicate your agreement to these Terms and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

We may provide additional terms for specific features (“Supplemental Terms”). If there is a conflict, Supplemental Terms control for that feature.

You must be legally able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or have verifiable parental consent where required. Certain titles may have age ratings or restrictions; please follow platform guidance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activities under your account.

Our mobile games are distributed via third-party platforms (e.g., Google Play, App Store). Your use of those platforms is subject to their terms and policies, which may apply in addition to these Terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Fast Games Limited grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and limited license to install and use our games for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

Except where permitted by law, you may not: copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services; bypass security or access controls; or use our services for illegal purposes.

If a game allows you to submit or share content (“UGC”), you retain ownership of your UGC. You grant Fast Games Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such UGC for operating and improving the services and for marketing (where permitted by law and platform rules).

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your UGC does not infringe others’ rights or violate any law or policy.

Purchases made through app stores are processed by the relevant store, not by Fast Games Limited directly. Pricing, billing, taxes, and refund eligibility are governed by the store’s terms. Where permitted by the store, we may assist with support, but the store’s decision controls.

Please review the store’s refund policy before purchasing.

Virtual currency and items (collectively, “Virtual Items”) have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable (except where expressly allowed by the game), and are licensed, not sold. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Virtual Items at any time, without liability.

Online features (including leaderboards or cloud save) may require an internet connection and may be disabled or limited due to maintenance, changes, or violations of these Terms. We reserve the right to review and remove scores suspected of cheating or manipulation.

The services, including all software, art, trademarks, and content (excluding UGC), are owned by Fast Games Limited or its licensors and are protected by law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us (see Contact) with sufficient detail for us to investigate. We may remove content at our discretion.

We may provide updates, patches, or changes automatically. Some updates may be required to continue using the services. Availability may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

We may suspend or terminate access (including to accounts, online features, or leaderboards) if you violate these Terms, present a security risk, or where required by law or platform rules. You may stop using the services at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fast Games Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the services.

Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services will not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid (if any) for the applicable service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or (ii) USD 50.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [insert governing country/region], without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts located in [insert venue city/region] will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory laws of your residence require otherwise.

Where allowed, you and Fast Games Limited waive the right to trial by jury. Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief for urgent matters.
