No. You can browse games, news and help pages without an account. An account is required for comments, global chat and profile features.
Each published game page includes its official store link. Current mobile releases are distributed through the Apple App Store.
Use the Contact page and choose Player Support. Include the game name, approximate purchase time and the issue you see. Never send your Apple ID password or payment card details.
The web client keeps an EventSource connection open. New messages are pushed from the server as they are created, so the room does not use a timed fetch polling loop.
Moderators can review reports, hide inappropriate chat messages or game comments, and temporarily mute accounts. They cannot change site settings, games, news ownership or owner permissions.
