Software License Agreement
Terms that apply to Fast Games Limited commercial desktop software licenses.

After a valid purchase, Fast Games Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the applicable software for your own personal or commercial workflow. The number of active devices is controlled by the activation limit attached to the purchased license.
2. Lifetime license
“Lifetime” means the license key does not expire merely because a subscription period ends. It does not promise perpetual technical support, every future major version, or permanent availability of third-party services outside Fast Games Limited’s control.
3. License keys and devices
Keep your license key confidential. Sharing or reselling a key, or bypassing technical controls to exceed the activation limit, is not permitted. When moving to a new computer, use the device controls available in your Fast Games account.
4. Restrictions
Except where applicable law expressly permits it, you may not redistribute the software without authorization, defeat license controls, modify it for malicious use, or present the software as your own Fast Games Limited product.
5. Ownership and updates
Intellectual-property rights in the software, brand, interface and source code remain with Fast Games Limited or the relevant rights holders. Updates may be issued for security, compatibility and product quality and may have their own version-specific requirements.
6. Suspension and termination
License access may be suspended or revoked following a refund, chargeback, fraud, license-key abuse or a material breach of these terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Support and mandatory rights
Use the Fast Games Support Center for technical issues. Nothing in this agreement limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.
